One hater saw the picture and saw Burkas. He posted the picture in the haters forum telling his fellow haters about the bus full of Muslim women wearing Burkas. Just like 9/11 and moon landing conspiracy theorists, they see what they are told to see. And I'd lay odds that the haters who saw bus seats posted that they saw the Burkas, too, just to keep from getting their asses kicked out of the club.
