U.S. government scientists have discovered three powerful antibodies, the strongest of which neutralizes 91% of HIV strains, more than any AIDS antibody yet discovered.

Looking closely at the strongest antibody, they have detailed exactly what part of the virus it targets and how it attacks that site. Together with recent research into how to make animals produce antibodies, the new findings constitute a significant step toward an AIDS vaccine.

The antibodies were discovered in the cells of a 60-year-old African-American gay man, known in the scientific literature as Donor 45, whose body made the antibodies naturally. Researchers screened 25 million of his cells to find 12 that produced the antibodies.

Now the trick will be for scientists to develop a vaccine or other methods to make anyone's body produce them.

that assumes that we can override the urge for sex that nature gave us to make sure we continue to procreate. It is IMO the strongest human instinct... to have sex. It is not just human... all lifeforms have an unyeilding drive to have sex.

I think that your statement is factually correct, but.... funding for testing in third world nations in this global economy is decades away, and you can't endorse legislating who can and can't have sex. it is what gay people have been fighting for all these years.

The only real option that could work is a lifelong permanent quarantine for HIV pos people from all HIV neg people. That is really scary.

Until they did a few more studies and said "oops."

they were offered many females and both turned them down. when they were separated and put with females, they began to pine for each other until they were reunited.

There was a brief period where one dumped the other for some bitch, but he did, reportedly, come back.

A lot of gays buy the conservative spin because the media picked up on it and repeated it, and are unfortunately unaware of the truth.

Yeah, the only two sources I could find for the gay penguins going straight were a Fox News story and a website dedicated to Ex-Gays.

First of all, peddling mythological cures to HIV is reckless and irresponsible.


Second, silver has no biological role in the human body, and can cause a disfiguring condition called argyria.

So not only are you not in a place to recommend a treatment for a medical condition, you are actually recommending one that will cause harm and make impressionable victims falsely believe they have a way out of an incurable and terminally fatal disease, perhaps mistakenly believing they can go on having unprotected sex without consequence.

Let me explain something to you. When the use of silver colloids came about, the particles of silver where not small enough to be beneficial to the human body. In other words, the effect was the graying of the skin and the bluish skin coloration. The contamination your seeing in the pictures from Wikipedia is from a prolonged amount of time with large amounts of ingestion of silver, larger particles that the body cannot deal with.

Colloidal silver is safe to take as I have taken it to get rid of infections and other illnesses.


Way back in the 1800's when the x-ray machine first came about, the people who were using it and studying it suffered from sever radiation as a result of not enough understanding of how to properly use it or how to enhance it. Now days, the x-ray can be safely used with no damage.

The harm from colloidal silver comes when it is improperly created, usually this happens when it is "home brewed" by makeshift colloidal silver generators which the people may have used some not so pure silver and also, they may have used tap water which is in no way ideal for the creation of Colloidal silver.

For your information, this is not false doctrine either. I have been to the clinic here in town and had it confirmed by two separate doctors who also knew that colloidal silver was beneficial for fighting off infections and bacteria. If done so with pure silver and with care, you CAN create colloidal silver from home.
