Hey guys,
I have a struggle with this issue for more than two years now...
To bring it to the point, I am really ashamed of my anus because I got some kind of a circle of hemorrhoids or anal thrombosis (I don't really know what it is exactly) around it. It doesn't hurt or causes big problems (even tried anal masturbation with a Dildo before), but it looks crinkly. I have little experience in sex and I only have been active so far but I absolutely want to live my sexuality and try out to be passive as well. This is bothering me very much during having sex or even by trying to have sex because I fear that other guys would refuse me if they see my anus or want to rim it.
Would you advice me to go to a doctor for asking him if there is a way to remove it? Or should I just overcome it and try to be passive?
Do you have experience with guys having similar problems to this one?

You may have external hemorrhoids, which can appear as you describe. A thrombosis would be extremely painful and drive you to the emergency room.

Have your doctor look at them. Many hemorrihoids can be treated with rubber bands and as an outpatient. If nothing else, get some peace of mind.

Good luck.

Go to a doctor. You don't need to tell the doctor about your sexual goals. Just mention you think you might have haemorrhoids and you need an examination because it does not look right to you.

Find out what the issue is first, before you plan any treatment or worry about the effect on your sex life.

You SHOULD be able to talk confidentially with a doctor if you think it will be uncomfortable or make sex difficult. But you don't have to go that far to get a diagnosis.

I had a colonoscopy a couple of years ago. The doctor removed my external hemorrhoid and trimmed away the skin tags while I was under anesthesia. So, your condition is treatable. Go see your doctor.

What method did he use to remove the hemorrhoids? And what after effects. I did not know it could be done at the time of colonoscopy.

You might suggest to the doctor that you are concerned that they may flare up when it is inconvenient or when you are traveling, and that you would prefer to have them removed.

I don't know. I was out for the colonoscopy. I just noticed after I got back home and came to my senses that my hole looked pretty again.

Not necessarily. I've had inflamed hemorrhoids twice, The first time was extremely painful for weeks. I ended up having them surgically removed. The second time, they got very swollen, but no pain at all. I didn't even bother going to the doctor, just got hemorrhoid cream.
