Any Backpackers Here?

I just experienced my first backpacking experience to India with my mates and it is an amazing experience. Met lots of people out there from everywhere. Just wanted to know anyone here has been doing the same thing?

When I was 19, I went backpacking across Europe and I stayed in hostels, slept on benches and took worked on a farm for 2 weeks with no cellphone. My friend told me it would be fun, and I was miserable.

However, last year I took a trip across Europe for real and it was much more enjoyable. But that's just me, my friend loved backpacking and still does every year.

Like your friend, it is fun! Maybe I am more to adventure kind of stuff. I am planning to go Europe too, looking for travel mates.
