MOST of us, at least those who are in a stable relationship, find it difficult to imagine sleeping with several people every week. But Attila Csáky's job is to do exactly that - to have sex with different women week in, week out.
With Budapest so often touted as the "porn capital of central Europe," it wasn't hard to track down an adult entertainer to interview.
Csáky, 33-years-old, works under the professional name of Csoky Ice and considers himself lucky, since he is doing what he always wanted to.
"Even in kindergarten I knew what I wanted to become, but of course I couldn't define it. Later I started to 'consume' women involuntarily."
Attila broke into the business 10 years ago, getting in touch with already known female stars who then suggested to their directors they try him out.
"Usually the most difficult thing is to correspond with the cameras, but it was very easy for me, right from the beginning," he explained proudly, adding, "Even my parents were encouraging me to do it."
However, the situation is different with his current girlfriend and the mother of his six-month old boy. Although his girlfriend, who has graduated from two universities and is a lawyer, knew about his profession before dating him, after several years it still remains an issue of contention.
"We have a huge fight every time I go to work, no matter if only for a few hours or a few days," Csáky said. "However, she forgets, that this is the only way I can finance the lifestyle that we are used to."
Having been in the business for a decade, Csáky's working time regulations are flexible; sometimes he only works for a few hours a day, sometimes for several consecutive days. "I usually arrive at the studio or shoot location while the girls are putting on make-up, take a quick shower, show my test results [medical examinations to prove actors are free of sexually transmitted diseases are required every third week] and I am ready to start."
According to Csáky , no matter how well known a male actor is, he will always be paid 20% less than a woman (who is paid depending on how much she is willing to show, or do). However, he added, "You can still make a good living out of it."
But everything, he acknowledges, has its price. He faces harsh critique whenever people recognize him on the street, telling him he should "be ashamed of himself".
"There is no reason for me to feel ashamed, I am proud of what I'm doing. At least I have a job and most of these people are only jealous. They all seem to forget, that it is hard work. It is not like having sex with your wife where you can actually enjoy it. In my line of work you have to concentrate on the cameras, the director and the girls.
"If people would find all their screen partners attractive, there would be no such films since the whole thing would only take a few minutes."
In fact, today, Attila is happy to leave a shoot as soon as possible in order to return to his family, ride one of his two motorbikes or go to play hockey.
He is even planning to direct his own movies - hoping to only work behind the cameras one day, which "hopefully will improve the relationship with my girlfriend."
