Here's my collection for the current generation of game systems. I probably own twice as many if you consider my "downloadable" games. I swear, downloadable "arcade" games can be much more addicting! It's kinda funny when someone comes to my home for the first time and finds video games taking up a shelf on the office desk. I've got movies galore out in the hallway...then you find a lot of books and a shelf of games where seriousness is supposed to happen :)

oh yes i have lots. especially oldies .. but only PC games ;)

I have about half of the ones you have on the shelf.

Fable 2 and assasins creed, both games are my faves that you have there....did you buy forza or did you get it when you bought your 360?

I didn't buy Forza/Marvel, but were given a copy. I've had a 360 for years and have had it replaced four times through Microsoft for free. It's strange as my machine is maybe on a couple of hours per week. Every time it died was during an XBLA game. Assassins Creed was a great game even though it became repetitive...part 2 seems much fresher but I've yet to play through it all.

A few of my favorite XBLA games are Braid, 'Splosion Man, N+ oh and Trials HD. I'd recommend that anyone with a 360 try them out.

I have a ton of video games, don't have a 360 still waiting to save up enough money. But I have like 50 PS3 games and about 30 Wii games, 70 PS2 games, 40 Dreamcast games, and 26 PS1 games. Big time Gamer.

Yeah, I got a couple of those in the pic. Recently played a lot of Crackdown 2. Can't wait for Halo Reach to come out. In the mean time I've been playing through Singularity. Certainly not my favorite but it has some easy achievements and its interesting. I can't pass up a game that lets you mess with time!

Sure. I'm a gamer. PS3, mainly though Super Mario Galaxy 1 and 2 and Twilight Princess had me hooked for a while.

Love hack and slash games and RPGs.

I really thought I would be hooked on Super Mario Galaxy 2 but it just seemed like I was playing the first game but with Yoshi.

I agree, there isn't the same "oh wow" factor that was evident from the very first stage of the first SMG. SMG2 is a very very good game, but I would have liked some more original elements, more authentic levels (rather that the gimmick ones - e.g., prankster comets...etc.) and more bosses.

All that said of course, it is still leaps and bounds ahead of 95% of what's out there for the Wii!

FPS's here.

In the order of the pile on my desk:

Operation Flashpoint:Dragon Rising
Modern Warfare 2
FEAR 2
Call of Duty World at War
Call of Duty 4
Crysis:Maximum Edition.
Left 4 Dead
Splinter Cell Conviction
Rainbow 6 Vegas 2
Far Cry 2
Company of Heroes:Tales of Valor
Tiger Woods PGA
Battlefield 2
SWAT 4
Company of Heroes.

Digital Copies:
Battlefield Bad Company 2
Left 4 Dead 2.

Looking forward to Medal of Honor and Black ops!

Big gamer here.

For computer games I generally go FPS, Counter-Strike Source, Half-Life series, Unreal series etc.

For console I go with racing games, mostly because I have a 360 with the racing wheel setup. Really fun on the Burnout series and Need for Speed series.

I also do casino games on Pogo too. Blackjack, Texas hold 'em, that sort of thing.

So any suggestions on how I go about getting a life? j/k

Christ, I've been gaming since I was an infant. I have games ranging back from the Atari days (I even own a a TurboGraphix16).

If you count "downloadable" games, I have a full library of NES, SNES, Genesis, N64, and Arcade games hooked up to my TV.

It's been sad since I've entered the life of 9-to-5, though. Don't really have much time to play games these days. All I can do is fit in a few games of League of Legends every now and then.

To sheepsalot:

OMG I love you. Sega Genesis Mega Collection (whatever it's called) and Burnout Paradise. Sonic's Genesis Collection or whatever the name is, is awesome. And Burnout Paradise is an amazing open world racing game. I have the back to the future car. It hovers and does the flame thing :)

Good music games too but I don't see any rock band games :(

I don't really consider myself a gamer because I ain't into all the big FPS like Halo, Call of Duty, Metal Gear, and etc. I like the odd games and lots of fighting games.

I have like 3 wii games all fighting. For 360 I have the ones I mentioned as well as Burnout Revenge. I sold my 360 to friends though but I can still play it. I might just get Deadrising, Blue Dragon and than stick a fork in it.

I'm really wanting a PS3 and not just for the blu-ray. Little Big Planet looks epic, move sounds like wii with HD and more space on the disc without lazy third party developers and twisted metal and some others look good. Also I hear gamers who love fighting games love PS3. PS3 has gotten so much better recently. I don't know if Playstation Online is better than Xbox Live though. Xbox Live is really good.

I have a DS too with mostly imports and guitar hero and dragon ball. That's really it. I'll be getting a PSP very soon. It's the bundle which comes with KINGDOM HEARTS BIRTH BY SLEEP. If I could I'd play that game nonstop until I beat it.

But yeah I really want a PS3 and I hope to get one sometime October. When I get a PS3 I'll definately do more online gaming too. I mostly do offline gaming.

The only game i really play is WOW 'World or Warcraft'
Don't play as much as i used to but a fun game

Yeah I hardly play FPS games but I'm a gamer because I freaking try to beat all my games and get the trophies. PS3 is a great system just don't like some things about the system.

i mostly play on my xbox, the halo series, and cod. gears of war.... and on my computer i play team fortress 2 WAYYY too much >.< so much fun. and garrys mod, i have the orange box for both computer and 360.

Definitely a gamer than. I think I'm more of a portable gamer. I'm rarely at home and when I am I'm either busy doing chores, spending family time, or wasting time on my computer. When I get a game I really like though I spend all the time or what time I am able to spend trying to be Mr. Perfectionist at the game. That's changing soon. Unfortunately I don't really buy games that much especially console games. Than again I only have a Wii in my room and I won't even get started on the lack of good third party games for it.

I am most likely getting a PS3 soon for Blu-Ray and the fact that the games have gotten really good as well as the system since it first launched. Most excited for Little Big Planet 2, Motor Storm: Apocalypse, Storm 2, Twisted Metal Black, and some older games from the PS3 Catalog. Oh and Raging Blast 2. Some I like are for 360 but I am selling that in a few days.

So what don't you like about the PS3? Despite the fact that I'm selling my 360 I think it's a great console and finally got wi-fi and xbox live and playing music anywhere on the console is great. Still surprised Xbox-360 doesn't have a web browser. They'd get a lot more sales if for one they added Blu-Ray and had a web browser. Especially with the whole family aim they're currently going for.

I only game on my pc: mmorpgs, rpgs, shooter (tf2)
and ps3: i only have ff13 lol

There are other games worth playing on the PS3 like Uncharted 2, Heavy Rain and Kill Zone 2.

I consider my self a gamer, not an online gamer though. I don't like to play with others, when I'm with others I like to talk instead of focus on the task at hand. I can't stand MMO's or games that don't have a strong single player experience. Some of the games I have I don't play, I tend to buy them if they are super cheap or on sale.

Mainly a PC gamer. The picture I added shows my steam games, PS2 games, and some old PC games. The games not pictured are Gran Turismo 4, The Sims 3, Mario Kart DS, Pokemon Diamond, and Sim City 4.
