It's my fave Final Fantasy :D Most people hated 13, though :( Because it was too "linear" and blah. But I have to say Fang + Vanille saved the game from being horrible ^.^

InFamous was a good game but pissed me off way too much Cole died so quick only took like 5 shots and he was down. Red Dead is a very good game should be game of the year.

So you like lesbians? lolz. Yah I know Fang was supposed to be a guy at first but meh. My fav is still 6.

I'm currently working on Monster Hunter Tri and Dragon Quest IX. MH3 is alright but the gameplay reminds me a lot of a MMO w/o the multiplayer and I'd rather play WoW than that. This is also my second attempt at a Dragon Quest game. I find most console RPGs now (especially the plots) to just be SO boring/repetitive that many have become unplayable. They start off with this great intro and then it just falls off a cliff and not till the end their is a faint reminder of what your main objective actually is.

Most of my gaming time is taken up with WoW of course. It's cheaper than buying a new game that will entertain me for a few hours.
 
I used to be a pretty big gamer but don't find as much time to play anymore.
I usually just stick to rpgs since those are my favorites but sometimes I might pick out a fighting game, although I do enjoy the Gran Turismo games. Those are the only racing games I like.

Lately I just can't get into games like I used to. After a few days play I just kind of lose interest in them and have to force myself to finish it. That really sucks because I just got Y's Seven a few days ago and in the coming weeks I plan on getting Phantasy Star Portable 2 and the new Kingdom Hearts.
 
Well since some are playing show and tell I guess I will show my stuff.

PS3 games, PS2 games, PS1 games & Dreamcast. Then my Wii games and 1 Gamecube game.

Haven't done huge amounts of gaming lately. I do get hung up on Tales Series games and been playing blazblue continuum shift here and there. But really I'm open to anything.

To make a long story short, my gaming started when my dad bought me Pong when I was 2 and later the original NES when I was 3. Now, I'm 22 and I don't even want to know how much money has gone into my collection. But it's great having brothers to help keep my cash flow up (taking turns buying LOL).

Have all three present generation systems, love them all...xbox 360 has given my brother tons of stress (RROD), but being the tech geek he is fixed it multiple times.

Wow, sorry that was long.

pretty much the most addictive game of all time imo. it's insanely easy to go from 8 pm to 8 am while playing and not even realize it until you hear the birds chirping. haha. it's telling that they implemented an alarm clock feature in Civ 4.

Yah civ5 looks really good. I lol'd that they got rid of religion in the game. While the game is definitely addicting, it has broken up families/marriages like an MMO can.
 
GDude30...only Rock Band game I have is The Beatles which I recently picked up for $12. I do want to find a deal for the Green Day disc though.

What has been eating up most of my gaming time recently is Red Dead Redemption. That game is so expansive and entertaining. I'm about 12hrs into it (a little into Mexico) and it says I'm only 34% complete. Sure, I've done a few side missions, but I've really tried to focus on what seems to be the main story. I hear once you open up the Northern part of the map, you can get distracted from the story quite easily.

I'm considering spending some Microsoft points on Limbo and Scott Pilgrim. Any thoughts?

My PS3 feels so neglected when it comes to gaming...but it gets its fair share of use with my blu ray collection. I think I just hit 125 movies ;/

I've seen the beatles rock band really cheap lately. Must be because green day came out. Give it some time and I'm sure green day will go down. It will probably go down alot after Rock Band 3 comes out. I sold all my guitar hero games. Diddn't get much for em though. Kept Rock Band 2. I am never selling that.

I heard red dead redemption is good. It got good reviews. I guess people like the old west. I might try it one day. I've heard scott pilgrim is really good. One forum I go to almost everyone has some scott pilgrim sprite avatar or sig thing. I have no idea how the hell that became so popular. I'm pretty sure you can download the trial first.

Little Big Planet 2 is coming out soon. That game looks worth getting. It's not just platform gaming anymore you can make all types of games. Actually I heard there is going to be less focus on platform. Although you can take all the maps and everything from LBP and use it in LBP 2. I can't wait til twisted metal comes out for PS3. The announcement at E3 was so sick.
 
That's exactly why. Some people like the old west. Like hunting bears, playing bondage with people and riding around on a horsey.

Some people like that. I was never really into the old west. Rockstar seems to know how to immerse people in their worlds and let them do whatever they want for the most part.
 
I have Assassin's Creed and Assassin's Creed II both in collector's editions, Uncharted, Terminator Salvation, Gran Turismo 5 Prologue - looking forward to the full game in November.

I video cracked BAD BAD on assasins creed.

MAss effect... the first one.... thats the one I go back to alot.

and those are for my 360. Has anyone gotten the new 360 yet? I'm waiting to hear something about it from a friend.

Oh on PC I tend to play civilisation.

I've heard bad things about Terminator Salvation the only reason some people buy it because its an easy Platinum that's if you enjoy getting trophies or achievements. I think its real cheap now to purchase brand new so if you buy it and it sucks then you can always trade it in.
 
You should definitely buy Uncharted 2, didn't see it in your list of games. It has a better aiming and shooting system then the first game.
 
The only games that I have been playing lately is World of Warcraft, and just started playing StarCraft II.
 
I know a few JUB members who asked me if I play World of Warcraft not sure my old computer can taken such a game.
 
In my house we have a ps2, ps3, psp, gameboyadvanced, wii and my favorite the 360, though not all systems are mine some are my boyfriends. I prob have owned just about evey system put out though at one time or another. Now just mostly play the addiction known as World of Warcraft.
