Any home brewers in the audience?

I just bottled a batch of London-style Porter, will be ready in about a month. Anybody else brew their own beer?

I only did it once. It was a wheat beer. Friends and family kept taking it. I'm too lazy to do it again. It was an awful lot of work IMO. But it was goooood.

Once upon a time when I was underage and bored (and lacked a pull) I made my own mead. Other than that, no.

I used to - my best effort was a lovely milk stout. I don't have the time any more; and I also drink far less than I did. Fun while it lasted, though!

Im disappointed I didnt make my hard apple cider this year . I usually make it right before school starts and its ready for mid October. Other than that, I'm known amongst my friends as the mixer because I love making hard connoctions. The crowd favorite is "cake" which is citron, hazelnut liquer. lemon juice and sugar. I won't say how much because that just ruins my recipe

Actually just brewed a Big River Nut Brown tonight and a chocolate raspberry stout yesterday. I brew between 5 and 15 gallons a month depending on the work schedule.
