Yes, his name is Joel Lawrence. I had to do some digging, but I found it earlier today before I had a chance to come back and post.





I don't know the name of the movie or the scene, but it has to be at least from the late 80s-early 90s, because Mr. Lawrence was clearly a lot younger. I just know that he does these two 'teenage' cheerleader chicks in it.
