Only that the movie arrives, and it takes us flippin' forever to watch it. So we pay to have this disc sitting near the TV. But that's how they make their money, right?

I joined Netflix based on comments in this thread:
http://www.justusboys.com/forum/showthread.php?t=126691

Most of my movies come within a day after I make my choices. Occasionally, one will come in the mail cracked or broken, but all I do is report it and they send a replacement disc with no questions asked. I started off with the basic 4-disc plan, and upped my membership to 6 discs.

I'm happy with the service I've received so far. It's a great way to the films you want to see.

Recently joined a couple months ago and am very happy. Have had only one problem with a DVD freezing.

I have been a customer for about two years and have been very happy with the service. If I put a movie in the mail on a Monday, I usually have the replacement on Wednesday. A couple of times, I got movies that froze, but after a cleaning, no problem.

I have the Blockbuster version, but have used Netflix in the past. With Blockbuster you can take the DVD's back to the store and pick out a new one, great for those times when you want something new right now. Netflix does seem to ship them out faster though.

A friend gave me a gift of Netflix for a few months. It seemed like heaven at first and the speed was fine. About a month in, I started getting cracked DVD's or discs that wouldn't play even when cleaned. I was getting two at a time, so if one arrived in that condition, it sucked.
Netflix should keep mailing discs in your "Queue" AND send a replacement disc for those that are damaged.

I love Netflix! God I've had 3 movies for at least a month now, I'm horrible at returning them! Thank god there's not late fees...I've never had a problem with them arriving too long, and I've even had a couple shipped broken and all I had to do was report it, send it back, and they sent another one no questions asked (no I did not damage either one). Love it!

I've been a member for over 6 months now. I do the 5 at a time plan. I get 90% of the movies the next day. I have no complaints nor have I had any problems.

I've had it for a while now, no complaints from me.

I don"t watch TV.....don't go to movies...don't do theater...don't do Pods....Just Netflex, Netflex and more Netflex. A bad one does freeze up about every 30 times. My queue is maintained at 500, the maximum allowed. Could not live without it.

I would have to agree with mst of the posts here, I find it an excellent way to rent DVD's No problems what so ever.

Been with Netflix from their beginning. Once and a while there's a problem with a disc, but a replacement is usually here within two days. No complaints from me.

I'm very happy with Netfllix! The selection is awesome. I like the fact that I can "save" a new film that won't be out on DVD for months so I don't forget about it.

The best Netflix advice I ever got was on here at JUB. If you join, you'll on occasion get emails asking when you received or returned a particular movie--- don't reply! Their concern isn't as altruistic as they'd have you think!

PS Just went to my door because I heard the postman. It's Wednesday and I received three new movies after having returned three movies on Monday--- not bad service!

I've had Netlix for about 2 years and only had one damaged disk.
With summer here and mostly crappy TV shows, I use it more frequently.

Until they offer an adult section which includes gay porn, I'll never be happy. Oh sure there are similar services out there that do this, but they're much more expensive.

i've been a member now for close to 2 years.

no complaints whatsoever. the service is great, the turnaround is pretty quick... all in all it's been a pleasant experience.

I've been on the 3 at a time plan for at least a couple of years and its been great. Maybe once or twice a year I've had difficulties with a disc but a replacement has been no hassle at all. Turnaround is pretty quick - if I return them on Monday, they ship me new ones on Tuesday and I get them Wednesday. It was, and continues to be, a great choice.

had Netflix for quite a while. Movies ship fast and the one or two problems I've had have been taken care of quickly.

It's a good service and I'd recommend it.
