I've tried enough from Majorgeeks and Softpedia that I'm tired of uninstalling them, so hoping someone here may still be using Win 7, and know of download managers that actually work for sites like Pornhub, xHamster, Thumbzilla, Xvideos, etc. Bonus if if it also works on Youtube. It can be tied to a browser or standalone, but needs to be fairly simple to use. I'd prefer freebies, but if necessary, will consider payware. Thanks.

Any recommendations for downloader apps for Win 7 desktop?

I would be rather worried about downloading any freeware on Win7. The malware/virus risk is too high on that version of Windows.

Only type of freeware I'll download is free and Open Source. As KaraBulut said general "freeware" from commercial entity there is the risk of malware (in particular spyware).
For YouTube I have one called "cube youtube downloader" .. haven't used it in some time, but it works (or atleast did) in Win 7. It does take some getting used to though.

Since its a frontend for yt-dlp (a well known commandline downloader), it may work for some of the porn sites too
And http: // cobalt.tools will download from various video sites (not porn) using a browser
