Anal sex is not pleasurable for everyone. That is a myth; not a fact. The anus did not evolve for sex. The nerve endings are there to make it easier to excrete. While people have engaged in anal for a long time, it does not mean that the specific part of the body is designed for sex. Being used for sex and designed for sex are two separate ideas.

I am a female and I agree. Just because a guy likes to get his prostate played with does not mean that he is gay/bi whatever. I don't think your viewpoint is anti-anal or anti-gay, but I don't see why you would still be arguing in favour of this non-supportable notion that it isn't "designed" for that.

First of all, nothing, properly speaking, is "designed" for anything. But if you want to parse that as a metaphor for whether something is inherently effective or not, then yes, the ass is spectacularly well designed for anal sex. You can tell just from the nerve endings.

And self-lubricating vaginas have nothing to do with the suitability of the ass for sex. Many species have far more elaborate rituals and prerequisites for mating than merely lubing up and applying a little gentle pressure. Some day you might want to look up what some fish or birds go through as obligatory elements of their mating / rutting / spawning rituals, for reproductive sex, let alone sex for bonding, as seen to be essential in so many social species. And if you're really brave, google "traumatic insemination."
