Sometimes I see pics of men or guys on cam who claim to be Turks from Turkey.My question is more of a doubt I have:

Aren't all Turkish men supposed to be circuncised/clean-cut?

So,who are these men from Turkey who are not clean-cut:




-Christians/non-muslims?

-Guys of Greek/Romanian/Bulgarian,etc origin?

-Gypsies/Roma-people/Zingaro from Turkey?

i doubt youre going to get much in the way of replies with that kind of message. You post one day and then barely a day goes by and you post another message basically saying I'm getting impatient come on and answer me.

Having been in Turkey a few times I can tell you that:

1. Indeed most native Turkish guys are Muslim and are cut

2. there is a small Christian population in Turkey and many of those are uncut

3. Alot of people who live in Turkey have come there from other neighboring countries and many of them are non-muslim countries so they are uncut

4. Finally- most of the pics you see of Turkish guys are really of guys who are not Turks

Dear Binudeguy thank you so much for sharing with me your knowledge about Turkey.What you say about most Turks being cut because of religion,well!, I already figured that out.Also when you explain that most pics are not of Turks,I also know that most of those Turkish men around the internet are in fact most of them Kurdish (from Eastern-Turkey).However,I don't quiet well undesrtand what you mean by...neighboring countries...you mean Armenia,Bulgaria and Greece...right?...the Caucasians and Slavs...because the other neighbors are all cut: Arabs:Iraq and Syria,the Persians:Iran,and theTurks:Azerbaijan.I also would like to know about Cyprus!.And finally,I'm a little counfused when you mention the Christian minority in Turkey.Aren't they supposed to be cut like the same minority in Syria?.I know about this being myself half-Syrian and most of them(Christians)born in Syria are cut.I don't know in America what Syrians do(neither in Canada,who's very much uncut) but here in South America:Brazil,Argentina,Chile,Colombia,Venezuela,etc our community is sadly leaving the tradition and leaving their children uncut I think that mostly when they marry with non-Syrians and tend to follow the local culture.I guess that Turkish Christians then are like the Maronites and other Christians in Lubnan, which don't practice circuncision.Many thanks for your data.And,are you from Lancaster Pennsylvania or Lancaster in England?...see you my friend!.

I'm from Turkey and I can say that there's a lot of diversity in here. I live in the western parts so, in here there are lots of uncut people I know. It's a matter of choice actually, and hygiene, not religion.
