Hi guys!

This image had been posted several years ago already and I stumbled across it once more.

It looks like a studio still, could be William Higging, could be Chaos Men...however the black and white and the apparently altered dick do not bring up anything when trying to reverse search.

Anyone has a clue?

And the more I look at it, it seems not only the dick has been altered somehow, but also the face of the guy has been added later...uff, this will be a hard one to track down...
