Anyone else a fan of cheese pizza?

Artichoke is phenomenal on pizza love that one roasted red peppers too!

I usually make my own loaded pizza with mozzarella, tomato sauce with basil, italian sausage (or pepperoni), onion, and green pepper or banana peppers (or pepperoncini peppers) . Usually will grate some pecorino romano on it as well. Asiago cheese is pretty good on pizza too. The more cheese the better! I've tried a few white sauce pizzas and a Buffalo chicken wing style pizza, but really didn't find them to satisfy my pizza craving as much as a red sauce ones, although they were good.

We do have a bbq chicken pizza that we make about once a year....but as you note....when we are struck by the need for pizza, we usually want it Italian style.

I've also been reminded that we haven't made an artichoke and pancetta pizza for a long time. It is one of the white pizzas that I like.....loaded up with four cheeses.
