Anyone know any gay brothels in Sydney?

Unless that's a typo and you meant "Brothers," I'm afraid not.

Isn't prostitution illegal in Australia?

If you look in the classified section of the 'Daily Telegraph' you will one up the Cross. I think it's name in part is 'Knights'. They are classified under massage for men.
Prostitution in designated places is not illegal in New South Wales.

Knight Call and Delivery Boys are the two ones that I am aware of.

If you are looking at 'renting' someone the are plenty of ads in the gay papers.

If you are looking at 'working' for one of the agencies then both of the above are always looking for 'workers'.

Note: In New South Wales if you are a 'worker' then you cannot 'work' within 100 metres of a hospital, church or school.

Not sure where you got that from, Soil, because brothels (with male or female staff) are legal in the states of Victoria, South Australia, Queensland and New South Wales.

so how do these brothels work? Are they sleazy/intimidating?

I might be going to Australia in September and I could use a little fun haha.

This information is not from personal visits.

Knight call...I know someone who 'worked' for them. The initial fee is split between the house (hire of the room) and the worker. Additional charges are at the discretion of the worker and could include and extra if you want to blow him.

Delivery Boys(from their website) the fee is split between the house (room hire) and the worker and there are no additional fees. You are welcome with a complimentary alcoholic beverage.

From what I have heard neither are sleazy but I would object to paying a fee and then being asked by the worker to pay for extra services.
