Junomaster, the surgeries today are a lot better that before. There are new techniques and tools. Healing is also quicker. Speak with a plastic surgeon just for some information. It can't hurt. (the asking part, I don't know about the surgery.)
 
Still intact. Phew, made it through as a babe, but when I was around 10, found white stuff under the skin, turns out to be smegma, and that was when I begun to pull the skin back. It was painful at first, but after months of doing it, the skin became easier and easier to pull back. Otherwise, I could have ended up with phimosis, which I hear and read is very unpleasent....

I am uncut. Agreed, if I try to top, I want to cum real quick. But I am 99% a bottom, so it isnt a big issue. But I have often heard that guys who are cut are less sensative on the head of their penis. Ours are always covered and protected from rubbing against clothing and chafing. Thus uncut guys have soft, tender heads.

I find jerking off easier too. Uncut guys don't usually need lube. Most cut guys I know need some kind of lube to jerk off.

i have pretty much the same issue with how fast ..."it" happens !oops! i mean we're talking like under 5 minutes for sure !oops!!oops!. i just thought for a long time i was easily excited, but now days i think it's cause i'm uncut. i've considered the axe a few times, but not real seriously. so basically i don't particularly care for being uncut either.

I have what they call a semi-circumcision the skin can be back if I want it and forward if I don't. I had sex for the first time with my ex-wife and the skin tore so they had to loosen it. I am glad they didn't do it all the way.
