Anyone Use EmptyClosets?

Does anyone here use the EmptyClosets.com forum? If so have you been able login/view anything this week?
Ever since they did a 'downgrade' last weekend I haven't been able to access it... getting a Error 403 message

403 does mean 'forbidden' so, idk, maybe they banned me or something...

I just got on the site, haven't been over there for over a year, it looks okay if a bit antiseptic.

There is something "different" about it..the layout or format I think...not really sure....not really a site I went to very much....

So I guess the site is physically working then.

Tried again today & still get the same thing.
Interestingly if I clear cookies for 'forum.emptyclosets.com' I can get to a login screen & list of the forums...but if I try to read anything or login, its back to the Error 403 .. no idea what I woulda done to get banned, but oh well

Try using a different browser. Sometimes IE won't work and Chrome or Firefox will. I use Firefox as my default browser, but if I web site can't be reached I have had success with IE or Chrome.

I've got IE all but disabled
Tried it again tonight, and still get the same error.


LOL just tried Netscape (remember that thing?)
Simply got a 'connection refused' / it wouldn't even bring up a login page or anything at all

Can you think what you might have possibly done to get banned ?

I truly have no idea but I've heard it doesn't take much there?

From the little I could see of it(the home/login page) the layout looked pretty dull

Their new look appears to be the new flat web layout that is more "phone-friendly".

If you are still running into a problem accessing the website, you may need to clear your cookies. When sites change versions and you've selected "save my information" when you logon, the cookie that is created by the save may no longer be compatible with the new version. So, you would need to clear the cookies from your browser and re-login to the site.

I did originally try deleting my emptyclosets cookies (FireFox allows you to selectively delete). Just out of curiosity I deleted them again this evening...got the same as before: I could again see the homepage (only the homepage anything else being a 403)...until I logged in, then like before even it gives an error 403.

Forgot to mention this too:
Whenever I "login" (putting the word in quotes purposely since I just get an error)...
I get a 'Login from new IP' eMail.
