I just want to say that due to lack of assistance, I've yet to complete the assignment. No one has to, however it's disheartening to see the amount of unwilling to participate members.

To understand the differences between Wilson's points and the Treaty of Versailles, may I suggest you inform yourself on the different points of view of the winning countries of WWI ? Also some things were in Wilson's points that are not in the Treaty but nonetheless appear ulteriorly as the SDN (Societe des nations in French) and the Washington treaty for the world top navies, to just give some examples.

It's a very very interesting topic and the answers to the questions shaped a very large part of the 20th century, and of our future still.
