We use Nevada law for the purposes of filing any legal claims and for said cases as a result, but the servers are based in Canada I believe - so we have to be mindful of both.

And JUB is, in fact, an International forum, sarcasm is regarded as the lowest form of wit in many places - which is why I'm surprised that most people on this board don't 'get it'. I would say its ironic that the 'offensive' post in question was posted by someone to whom the post referred, but then the ironic thing is that most people don't seem to 'get' irony either! ;)

I suppose with the incredibly large amount of moderators that now are in use, they need to justify their existence. Hence, a lot of unwarranted "fiddling" with posts occurs.
 
I think The_Pianist best get his tea caddy out & start a party. Some of the children are sounding a bit cranky. I can't do scones, but I bake a mean "pre-made, refridgerated" cookie!

I get together with a small group of grumpy old men for a morning tea here and we call ourselves ROMEO, which means "retired old men eating out." I am the senior so far as I know on this thread, but a know a handful in their seventies and eighties. I keep track of such information, for those who think 35 is old.

suggest you mark your entries as DRY WIT...sarcastic people are the ones we don't like. friends are either dry wits or being droll. also, cant serve the under 15's here (biological age) and if they cut out the mental under 15's we would probaby lose 1/2 of our membership.

my grand dad (died 40 yrs ago) maintained that old age was the day of your funeral and as we all know, youth is wasted on the young...maturity breeds appreciation all else warrents contempt.
