I have been with weight watchers for a while, and the one thing everyone swears by is.....water!......if you feel hungry, drink a pint glass of water (slowly) then wait for about 30 minutes and see if your still hungry.
the trick is to eat little and often, have several well spaced smaller meals with healthy snacks rather than 3 big meals.
if you really want to try an appetite suppressant than pleeeeeeeeeeeease read side affects and ingredients carefully and dont use for longer than a 2 week period with a break, or try herbal diet aids......
just remember that you still need a balanced calorie intake and plenty of water or any kind of pills you take to help will be useless.
If you dont eat enough during the day your body will think it is starving and go into panic, it will hold on to fat stores, you'll just end up feeling hungry and not losing any weight.
its ok to..."cheat"....if its done right...if you really need chocolate then dont go for a cheap chocolate bar, get really good belgian chocolate or green & blacks organic...you wont be able to eat as much and it will satisfy the craving quickly.
I would also recommend joining a local group, or even an online one, to talk to people, get low fat recipes etc.....its a lot easier than trying to do it on your own.
edit:
and remember, there is no such thing as a failure (failing off the wagon hehe) just small set backs......if you cheat a little one day, just make up for it the next day by having a healthier meal, or do an extra 15 minutes of excercise to compensate.
get low fat cook books from the library and try to plan your meals for the week and make sure you have all the ingredients needed in the house (so that you wont be tempted while at the supermarket)....sometimes all some people need is a routine
