They do nothing for me sexually. They leave nothing to the imagination. They look ugly and silly; they are just a man bra for the male genitals.
 
They look silly on guys who don't have the physique and the ass of baseball players to make them look sexy. So it depends on the style and the guy that's wearing it.
 
As long as they are relatively clean. I hate how guys will post pictures of piss stained, dirty, old, ratty jockstraps. They are sexy when they are clean, and on a fit guy. Not everyone looks great in one. I don't think I'd look especially great in one.
 
To me they are. Of course, I own some, so i've got a clear bias.
