Are MJ's white children facing cultural genocide

Did you click on the link and read what I provided in post number 15?

Of course I did. I'm pretty careful--saw someone else learn the hard way. (I'm not perfect of course and have made plenty of mistakes in my time.)

The link you provided took me to U of O's website. A website that hasn't been updated since 2007. Additionally, from that website, I'm unable to determine which items were updated in 2007 and which were not. Further, this is a scholarly article obtained by the Dept. of History at the University of Oregon and was part of their project on the history of adoption. Emphasis added.

Come on Mr. Bear. It's time you gave an opinion on the subject of your thread.

Ouch!! I give up now :=D:

Truncating someone's response is the best way to look like you've won.

The most insulting premise of this thread is that some black organization represents all black people. That's like saying all gay people are like P*r*z.

Seems you are playing games now. Narrow as in black child ---> white family ONLY. You pointed that out. You can say or not say if you agree but I was just wondering.

Bear Daddy, I am not playing games, just wasn't sure how my personal feelings on the subject necessarily related to the Jackson family.

My intention from my previous post was to explain that this isn't a narrow statement, nor adoption system (black child ==> white family), and I didn't say that it was.

To answer your question, I do not agree that black child --> white family adoption proposal limits the child's development, in basic terms (meaning that a situation where the family is a loving, encouraging, and non-abusive family, I feel that any child, regardless of race, can flourish).
