Are overweight gays shunned at Pride?

It depends. For example, on French gay clubs (especially on provinces), if a group of fats come to a club, they can't go in. They need to be with 2 beautiful Calvin Klein models or at least 2 skinny gays, fems or not (skinny fems can go in without a problem). I'm fat and I have done it numerous time.
During the gay pride, if you're fat you can't go up on a float if it's not only a float for fats. And they told you "Sorry, abs only bitches!".

Okay, that is fucking disgusting. Not just because it's blatant body shaming, but coming from the POV from someone who has issues with their own body image and depression over it. I can't help but think, that comment "sorry, abs only bitches!" Could have been the straw that broke the proverbial camel's back.

If we're going to reduce humans to mere lipids, we should use the appropriate collectives. It should have been a "clot of fats."
