Are stretchmarks unattractive?

I've got these ugly stretchmarks on my ass...and they make me feel really insecure about having sex, that I haven't even had sex in quite a long time. I guess its not a problem in the dark, but I know they are there, and I don't want them to be seen because I think they are unattractive. It doesn't help that I have dark brown skin, so it's obvious.

I've never been overweight. I got them at puberty during my growth spurt. It's really quite depressing. Am I being too insecure about it? Are stretchmarks (especially on the butt) unattractive? Be honest b/c for me I don't find it attractive at all on another guy.

Post a picture of your ass & then we can give you an honest opinion. I have a few stretch marks on the insides of my thighs(used to weigh 200) but are not very noticeable.

hehe I am a girl, all girls regardless of weight are plagued by stretch marks! and it doesnt seem to do them any harm so no I wouldnt say that they can be seen as unattractive, most people wont notice unless you point them out, or if you have a deep tan or dark complexion, and then they might show up a little more.

I would say if your with someone who can judge you and walk away based on a few stretch marks they arent worth your time.

if you want to try and fade them (no way to get rid of them completely, sorry)
try Bio-oil on them twice a day, this is good for scars too and is a fantastic moistouriser.

Or, my personal favourite, concentrated Coco Butter, which contains high levels of Shea butter, smells fantastic, fades stretch marks and does wonderful things for the skin also good as an after-sun lotion

Don't be silly... would you judge and reject a guy because he had stretch marks?

Sure nobody would put them on their Santa's wish list, but they're totally irrelevant to your chances for a relationship.

i know exactly how you feel, because that is the EXACT same issue with me. and i won't lie i feel self conscious about them too. i don't like them and they make me sad but i guess if the guy your with truly loves you you shouldn't even need to let that cross your mind because he shouldn't care about something so natural. i say all this and still feel self-conscious lol i can't help it.

I've never had a problem with lovers. Although most of them have been female....
