I don't know if this is the answer for everyone, but certainly not something they seem to discuss when you see a doctor or urologist.
When my wife went to our local health store, one that is well known and top notch, Bunns, the woman asked her lots of questions to narrow things down.
Too much Coffee - No a few times a week (total surprise for the woman)
Too much Alcohol - No, a few times a week
Medications - None at 56.5 y/o (Total surprise)
Loss of libido - Not really so most likely not Testosterone issues
Stress - Yes plenty of hidden stressors
So Age and Stress were the only two factors and the woman says she is pretty sure it is just a Circulation issue that is common in men my age that are healthy otherwise. She suggested the L-Arginine and the normal dosage. I decided to half the dosage for starters. Within a week I saw a change. Now after 3 weeks, my floppy is 3X the size it was when it had no blood flow. I can also get a woody almost at will by just holding my cock and thinking sexy thoughts.
