ive noticed that they move threads over there for two reasons

if the chatty atmosphere overtakes the topic then it goes over

if the thread asks a question that requires a one sentence answer that goes on into the hundred post long zone it also tends to float over there

it seems to be a pretty regular and consistant standard that has always kind of been here
