Yes , after a quick search of Homopathy , they can cause the veins in your penile shaft to enlarge (slightly) , but not by much , and not worth the risk .

^That is a huge MAY my understanding is that they may be able to allow a little extra blood into your Penile Veins , which would "in theory" make your stiffie harder , but not for any great lenth (pun intended) of time .
