Well I have some friends male and female who say turkish men will fuck anything with a hole and had my own experience with a turkish guy who i sucked n fucked me, but made it clear he is str8. The whole active/passive thing is pretty common across the globe. It is certainly that way in latin american countries where men are expected to be macho and being called a camarón is considered an insult.

In Turkey, that might have been the case 20 years ago when it was expected for gay men to marry to make their parents happy. Of course, this was no different than straight men who married and then took a mistress.

Today, openly gay guys are more common in urban areas in Turkey. In more conservative areas, you'll find that it is still the old way of married men who cheat on their wives with men. And that pattern holds true of much of more conservative Muslim countries.
