i have a seriously low attention span, so i'd say i'm a music fanatic!!! i mean, some movies are good, but they're too long! same goes for albums sometimes.

haha yes I have a bit of a low attention span, I'm definitely a music fanatic.
That said, some of my favourite movies are long and require patience to watch.
 
music for sure. i have way more cds and whatnot than movies. Plus i love dancing so that factors into it as well. I love movies but i'm more of a music fanatic than movie fanatic.
 
Movies. There's so many good ones from the beginning of film to the present day.
I love music so much too. Not all kinds, and most of the popular stuff out today sucks donkey dick.
But I don't study or aspire to be a musician like I've studied to be a writer/director, so I guess I'm a movie fanatic.
 
Movies can't hold a candle to a good concert, and music, whether it be a recording or live, engages people to get up and movin' - whole lot more fun than just being a mere spectator...
 
I just loaded song #9000 into my iPod.

I bought two DVDs in the last three years...and they're both still in the shinkwrap.

Do the math. :)

I'd say TV fanatic more than anything, though I don't get to watch as much TV as I'd like. Which is why TV on DVD is miraculous.

But if I have to choose between movies and music, gotta be movies. With music, I have a few choice artists that I listen to a lot, and then I add a new song to my collection here and there as I discover them. But for the most part it's same old, same old.
 
The right music can take you on a journey of helping you to understand the universe and your place in it, it can help you to see parts of yourself you could never see otherwise, and more importantly, music provides an escape that no other medium can provide.

It is the perfect way of communicating.
