Are Web-Cam Houses dead?

I was wondering what everyone else thought. Are web-cam house's dead?
I am a true voyeur and use to really like the cam sites like CBL, Florida Dudes, Toronto Boys Condo, Etc... but lately they all seem dead. Does anyone have any good recomendations for good web cam sites or voyeur sites?

I tried FRATPAD and in my opinion it is not worth the money.

I agree watching guys jerkoff can be boring but what I liked was
the voyeur aspect of the sites like watching 2 guys f***ing and such.
CBL at one point was a great site to watch guys getting it on.
 
The reason that Fratpad has thrived while most of the other cam houses have faded is two-fold.

The first reason is that Fratpad isn't just a bunch of static cams in rooms with some guy jerking off.

Fratpad is more of a naked reality show.

The cameras are attached to wireless laptops and the guys take the cams throughout the house with them... to the bedrooms, the showers, the kitchen, the workout room and the computer room...The real fun is the fact that you're taking part in the guy's lives while they're there.. The guys get to know you and you not only see them but you interact with them and the other Fratmen. The guys who are in college talk about their school work and the guys studying martial arts talk about their up-coming fights. They not only jack off in front of you, they LIVE in front of you. They make friends and they help each other out.

We have a weekly party called "Fratpad Friday" where we'll do all sorts of crazy stuff.. from testing Pocket Pussies to jack off races to body painting.

It's not just watching guys jerk off.. it's watching a bunch of hot guys live together.. we're very careful how we cast the Fratpad.. We need that perfect balance of types, personalities and styles.

And you don't know fun until you've see the guys do Mr. Limpy Naked Limbo.


Oh.. the second reason that all the other cam hosues faded is that we took all their members.
 
OH.. but yes... if you want to watch two guys fucking all the time, you're out of luck. No cam house has guys fucking 24/7 becuase the costs would be astronomical. Fratpad plays to an audience that likes to see hot guys and interact with them.. yes.. there's lots of jacking off and Spencer's hard-core into the dildo play.. but fucking on cam all the time doesn't happen on ANY of the cam sites.
 
Jason I do not think you can compare FRATPAD to the other voyeur/web cam houses. FRATPAD is all scripted and planned out. You are right you can not plan on people fucking 24/7 but the appeal of the voyeur sites was the times that you could catch someone having sex on cam. They were not planed out it was spontaneous and most voyeurs like that.

I personally have been a member of FRATPAD and I did not like it. I think it is way to expensive, especially the private gay for pay shows. The cameras were constantly not working. FRATPAD may be entertaining for some but not all.

Again my original question was about cam houses / voyeur sites. FRATPAD is not in that category.
 
Fratpad has also developed a friendly little community - not dissimilar to here! I think this has also helped it to thrive ..|
 
Too expensive? After the first month, it's $19.95 per month. I don't know of many sites that cheap, to be honest.

Oh well.. I'm not sure why people think that Fratpad is scripted or planned. As if I'd have time to sit there in front of my typewriter going "Leo: I got da heat rock Spencer: Here Super SPEEZY!!"
 
OH, and we sorted the camera thing out...not that it matters.. you're right.. Fratpad is a nude reality show.. not a voyeur site. Very different thing.

I think, however, that we've found the problem. If $19.95 is too expensive for people, they're never going to be able to find a big enough audience to pay the rent and bandwidth bill to keep a site like that going.
