Probably not so much now but definitely when I was in my 20s and 30s..I used to dance on the stage at a lot of the clubs I went to. Sometimes I would dance all day and night ...it was a perfect stress reliever

I do have some rhythm but.............. I've always believed "some people can dance much better than I can and I can dance better than some" I don't really care what people think about how I dance! I love dancing so I do it !
Btw I'm 72 years old and used to go dancing every Saturday night with my "younger" friends but I haven't gone to a club for a couple of years.

I won medals for my Waltz and other ballroom dances when I was at school. Loved dancing at clubs when I was younger. Taught contempory dance to teacher groups when I was working. Now I "groove" all alone listening to the radio.
