Very good - if it involves a partner who is leading. Ballroom (all sorts), swing, zydeco, etc. I can follow pretty much everything except the samba and hambo.
 
I don't think I am but everyone else thinks I am really good. So, I just keep on dancing. I occasionally do strip dances for my partner, he really enjoys it and sometimes he even throws money at me or puts in my underwear, it makes for a lot of fun on a Saturday night.
 
Back in "The Day", club dancing (Disco, etc.) was all the Rage! And, I thoroughly Enjoyed working up a good sweat on the dance floor, including at weddings, etc.! \:/

It was not uncommon to hit the clubs, after work, a few times a week. :lol:

One of my greatest partners was the wife of one of my car techs, who didn't like to dance, but didn't mind my dancing with his wife. :badgrin:

On more than one occasion, Nancy, and I, were known to clear the floor, and even receive ovations. (!) (!w!)

And, though most of that was "Free Style", I was also pretty good at Waltzes, etc. ..|

Can't really dance like hip hop or anything. Probably more like sliding/skating.

I used to dance a lot when I was younger and sometimes I think that I was pretty good, but it varied with the times. I haven't danced in quite a while and it would probably look like it if I tried to now.
