Hmm, I see, so its the more mature JUBers who are the post-reporters.
Question for the MODS: It doesn´t get tiring, you know, some post reporters??? Like, ya´ll say, Oh Noes, here comes another report from this guy (or gal)

When I was a mod there were very few times where we saw people abusing the post report function. 99% of the post reports are legitimate, although they don't always necessarily warrant action. If anyone is to blame for the staff receiving too many reports, it is the person breaking the rules or abusing the forums.
There's no need to even examine the behaviour of the reporters if the jerks stop causing the problem in the first place.
If it's unpleasant for Mods to see multiple reports, they should get another mod to help out. Users shouldn't be concerned with how much work each mod has, just as I don't concern myself with how many copies of a movie Blockbuster has for the other customers. It's their business.
To fix it if it's a problem, they could always coach problem posters to stop breaking the rules or stop posting off-topic etc. Pro-active. thumbs up.
There have been a handful of times where someone was asked to cease and desist their incessant post reports, which caused a kerfuffle, but ultimately worked out in the end.
The post reports definitely help the mods since the boards are just so damned big, and not everyone is on all the time, so it makes it tough to patrol the boards for every single infraction. That's one of the reasons the post report function was created.
