Do you always want to be the centre of attraction, and do other people find you tiring to be around ?

Sis if you're going to talk to yourself use your inbox

^ There's no need to be insulting.

Now to get back on topic, i freely admit to being a bit of an attention seeker but hopefully not to the point that everyone can't stand being around me.

God, i'm just describing my mum there  nah, she's alright in small doses.

What's the opposite of an attention seeker? That's more like what I am. I had my name removed from a public work (even though I "earned" my place there) because I didn't want to have my name up in public.

I like attention from individuals but loathe it from groups.

I'm self-conscious in the limelight.

A bit? Sis you faked a seizure in Cheesecake Factory because the waitor tended to another table for two minutes. Me, myself, I don't like attention it makes me queasy. I do get it wherever I go though, ever since puberty. #hotgirlproblems

I can appreciate that, charity or good deeds are always best done anonymously.

Not really. I don't really like taking credit for things.

Lolz. Exhibit A.

No, I love interaction but have no desire to be in the middle of everything.

I hate being the centre of attention in large groups, but I like it when a nice lad pays attention to me

I'm getting more and more like that, i guess you've just got to grow up sooner or later.

I would call you more an attention whore :p

Professionally, not as much as I should be. I'm both shy and proud enough that I believe attention should be paid to me, rather than seeking attention myself. I'd rather not kowtow to and romance people who are less accomplished than I am, but that attitude has real limits, and I understand it's time to change if I want more recognition. Met with a publicist a few weeks ago to discuss strategy, and had lunch with a magazine editor last Friday. We'll see.

A few years ago I was approached to do a reality show, and although I was horrified at the idea, I responded that I was flattered by the offer (as I truly was), but that I didn't have the time, and added that I felt I was not quite ready for prime time. I was told it would do wonders for my "brand". I didn't realize until that moment that I had a brand. I found the whole idea preposterous. I'm now working on my brand.

I think I'd be happier and better at porn. Like many gay men, I'd love some of the attention but not all, so I've turned that down as well.

I'm shy around strangers, but like attention from my peers in small groups, but not in a crowd. Sort of like PipeDream.

I am like that too. I don't seek attention. But nor do I shrink if extended.

I dislike people who take unearned credit or fail to acknowledge others. Sometimes I have to step up for the record.
