I can't really pick a favourite episode, but one of my favourite moments was the episode when the group impersonated stock holders and Mr. Grainger walked in with that toupee.
My favourite dialogue was during a canteen scene where Mr. Grainger was talking about his wife.
MR. GRAINGER: No, one has to take one's wife out occasionally for an airing.
MR. HUMPRHIES: You make her sound like a spaniel.
MR. GRAINGER: She doesn't look the least like a spaniel.
MR. LUCAS: Mind you, he has to tie her ears back when she's having the soup.
CAPT. PEACOCK: Don't forget you're a junior, Mr. Lucas.
MR. GRAINTER: She has a very pretty profile - mind you, head on it's a bit of a shock!
