Are you boyfriend material?

Women have frequently asked me the question, why don't I have a girlfriend, if they do not know me, or a boyfriend? So, I guess others feel that I am boyfriend material. However, at this point in my life, a boyfriend really is not really a primary focus for me and I am not necessarily seeking one either.

I usually get "Why arent you married"? I believe that your significant other should be a Priority in your life and you have to make adjustments when you're in a relationship. Just about everyone that I've been with was so use to Family & close friends being #1 & #2 on their Priority list; they failed to realize their Family & Friends had relationships and they needed to work on their own...

End result? I walked..Some things I can put up with but when I'm done I'm done..I am Boyfriend material because I know what it takes to turn a friendship into a long-term Loving, committed relationship.

Indeed I am, but unfortunately, no one has really experienced how good of a bf I am (except for one guy which lasted 4 months). My friends I've known since high school told me I'd be a good boyfriend, and after thinking about it, I agree.

I'd always make time for him, even if I'm busy; serenade him in the morning on the piano; surprise him at work, etc.

Sigh. It kinda depresses me how I don't have anyone I can do those things for.

You strike me as a guy who wants a man's man. I think your usernames should be color coded to reflect what type you're into to make the matchmaking easier for me. A color for twink, bear, and whatever else. Oh, that would be fun.

On a serious note, I think I would make a good boyfriend - could probably be clingy and jealous. But right now am crushing on my friend's boyfriend and am not feeling it. To know, I'd have to have a proper relationship.

Well---Noelie and I like opposite types of guys. He likes smaller, prettier, and a bit younger. I tend to like 'em big and tall and usually in their 30's to 40's (Noelie's a little guy) I could tell you who I have crushes on but I'll try and keep a little shred of dignity.

It is interesting to see who is drawn together at these JUB meets--not always who and what you would expect.

I've never really had a crush, not even in grade school. I've missed out on that I guess.

Now, there are a lot of guys that I'd fuck if I could get away w/ it, but in the long run, it's just not worth the risk.

Ummm, do you mean out of the JUBBERS? If so, I don't think any JUBBER is hot. Each of you have appealing qualities, for the most part at least, and I'm happy to tick those off for you guys. But, none of you have the suited up, preppy, professional look down. And, that's what I'm into. That and curly dark hair and pale skin. Jas really is a great guy and I wouldn't trade him in. Not even for a bi guy who'll let me watch him fuck other guys.

As far as personalities go. There are far to many great personalities on JUB for me to list off. It would be easier to list what/who I dislike. And, I'm sure that's pretty obvious to each of you already.

Oh, I'm game. All of these people are single (I think). This list is not all inclusive.

If I were a gay man I'd date: Metta (we'd have to get rid of his list of wants in a partner cause I can't meet half of them), Moe Moe (when he grew up), Kuli (he sort of has that wounded thing going on, that totally appeals to the chick in me), Kevbo (after he found his way in life), Mister Majestic (he makes lasagna, but I don't think he likes porn, and I love porn,) GL (I'd have to make him a little less geeky, cause we'd have nothing to talk about otherwise)...ha ha, I'll stop now. See, I'd change everyone.

And of course, being almost 30, the JUB kids just don't appeal to me at all. I realize other folks think Soyboy and Tommy Harley are gorgeous, but I just want to give them milk and cookies and put them to bed.

We really do have a lot of quality, single guys on JUB. Which again brings me back to my theory. More of the assholes are partnered, then the nice guys.
