I wouldn't say I actively seek out friends on JUB but if someone catches my fancy I may send them a PM or respond by saying a lewd message.

I mostly use it as an outlet for 'serious' gay discussion because my straight friends have little interest in the matter and my gay friends well, if we aren't talking about penises, something is wrong.
 
I discovered the site by accident. At first I didn't look at the forums, I had just had a bad experience at another board.

But once I got over that. I discovered there are a lot of great people here.
 
I'm here to have fun, but along the way I actually made a number of friends, some of whom I was lucky enough to meet in person.

I now vacation with some of my JUB friends who live fairly close.
 
I actually have no fucking idea why I'm here. Usually I log on when I've avoiding doing something else. I don't have the sharpest self-awareness regarding my behavioural motives so the 'real' reason is elusive.
