My pay packet is base salary + percentage override + the satisfaction of having a job next week, heck - just going to work is enough of a bonus for me... our $$$ bonus is paid on salary cost & net profit at the end of the fiscal year.
 
I work part time for a public library. I don't get bonuses. :P
 
We don't get holiday bonuses per se, we receive annual bonuses based on corporate performance. Those, along with other bonuses we receive, recognize our individual, team and corporate performance. MUCH better than a turkey thank you!
 
I'm not sure which option to click, so I'll just explain:

I usually get a Christmas card from my bosses at the bookstore with either cash or gift certificates to local stores (theatre, record store or coffee house). Those bosses also send me home with treats for my family and a present for my daughter. I've worked for them off and on since I was 17 and I've shopped there since I was little.

I don't know the routine at the newspaper. All of the employees get a portion of the gainshare, but that's pretty small. There may also be some sort of bonus, but I'm not sure.
 
i picked $101-$500. I know it wont be over $500, but it better be close, or i'll be pissed!*%%* lol
 
Will be getting our annual bonus this Friday. Its already fully utilized to pay for my Alaska trip in September. Money well spent :)

I got mine yesterday. $100. Cheapass.

But I get to call in drunk and make my own hours. There are somethings to which you cannot assign a monetary value!
 
This year it should equal about three weeks pay! We've had a pretty good year!!
 
I get two profit sharing bonuses during the year usually totaling over 2K. I also get performance bonuses during the year, usually a $100 gift certificate for groceries. I don't get this halves bonus until the last work day before christmas
 
Yep - just got advised of mine yesterday and I was quite pleased (about 3rd of my monthly pay).

That was until I just watched the news and saw that some people in the city (London) were going to get something like £10 million and some even more!!!!!!!!!!

How can anyone be worth that much money?
 
Mine arrives in March - it comes from the corporate profit sharing plan. I qualify for 15% of my income
