The small town of Eureka Springs will be hosting their "Diversity Weekend" up in the Ozarks this coming weekend.

In the weekends that I've visited I was shocked at the level of acceptance of the LGBT Community there.

And in the Ozarks! :eek:

The level of acceptance there amongst all of the letters within LGBT is even, dare I say it, more accepting than what I've found here on the forums of JUB.

So no, it's not fair to paint the whole of Arkansas with one broad brush. [-X

Anymore than it's fair to paint large cities as the bastion of Gay Rights and progressives.

Hopefully by the end of today, his life is just shit.

His business dead. His neighbours shunning him. His dog pissing on his leg.

And he is buried under a mountain of scorn and well deserved loathing, articulated by those who attended schools in districts where they were at least taught rudimentary English grammar and spelling skills.

No mercy for this hatemonger.

I want to see him broken in two.

More than likely he'll be insulated by his community and church and 'friends', and the national attention will be labeled as that evil gay agenda trying to crush the forces of jesus.

But the sweet justice will occur, as their children flock to the cities for employment and everything they hold dear collapses around them from lack of repair into the dust.

I mean even about the Jesus thing, I know some people who are Christians who might not understand me being gay, but they'd NEVER mock anyone's death or even wish it upon them.... Geez... what a total jerk....
 
Then let him be eviscerated by the media and by all the pundits and politicians who can make him a poster child for standing up to hate.

Obviously one wouldn't wish any personal physical harm to the man or his family.

But this guy deserves to be demolished publicly.

And sent into a spiral of bankruptcy.

Including being drummed out of the school board.

Yup. I can 99% guarantee that this is something that school district isn't prepared to deal with.

But I wouldn't count on him becoming the social pariah we know he needs to be. His ideology didn't erupt in a vacuum. He is not alone.

And about the jesus thing. For him and others like him, christianity isn't about a personal humbleness before the lord in acknowledgement of our own imperfectness. It's about being on the winning team and advancement of your own personal opinions (however they become your opinions) with the knowledge that you are in the right cause you have a congregation of 30 that believes the same thing.

So he does have children. They should be taken from him at once, and he should be allowed only supervised visits with them, on a bimonthly basis.
