What's funny is that we asian guys are the least desirable as far as dating goes. Women often don't even give us a chance and men don't care much for us unless we're stereotypical bottom fem.

Anyway, everyone in my family work very hard to get ahead. From a very early age, we were all taught to end up being something. Simply never an option to end up at Walmart or some other unskilled trade. Out of us 5, we got 4 engineers and a mathematician.

Oh yeah, having kids outside of wedlock was always a no-no in my family. This is something that I keep having arguments with my liberal friends about. They don't see what's wrong with having kids in single parent households. I don't think there's anything wrong either except for the fact that right from the beginning the kids are at a severe disadvantage. I don't care how politically incorrect I sound by saying this. I am convinced the socio-economic disparity when it comes to blacks and latinos compared to whites and asians have something to do with births out of wedlock. Blacks have births out of wedlock at a 73% rate and latinos in the high 60's%. How can you build up your socio-economic status if you have a kid in your teens and the father is no where to be found?

theres no surprise here. there are far more many Asian people in the world than other races, most of the wealthy of them have moved to the united states for work. it doesnt mean asians have a market on anything, it just means there are more of them and they moved to the USA for a better job.

think of it this way, if a few elites controlled japan and there were only 10 million people there, if 10% of their population was made up of people who chose to move there for jobs those immigrants would vastly outearn the domestic population on average.

births out of wedlock have more to do with social policies, but i dont know the exact reason other than its too convenient to be irresponsible in America, not just for the poor, there are just worse statistical outcomes when it happens to be a large group.

Contrast those poor Japanese children who were made to study until 2 A.M. at night and were expected to conquer the world in the nineties and who are now Hikikomori in their childhood bedroom at their parents house.

which is another interesting facet of culture, a society can function with far fewer individuals if enough of them have the correct skills. the issue of overpopulation is a government policy whose function is to increase birth rates not to benefit society but to increase tax revenue and GDP, at the expense of the environment and widespread disease.

I can't lie most of my white/black/hispanic friends are duds compared to my asian friends. as a rule of thumb they all work in the health and medical fields, they're stupidly smart and I certainly feel inadequate whenever we speak albeit they're typically very humble and earthy. it's pretty pathetic now that you bring it to my attention. but they know everything about everything you could be like where in the world can i get the best mango right now they'd be like the such and such jungles in bangladesh because the precipitation levels over the past year would have yielded the crop with the most sugar and the cost yada yada yada i be like SHUT UP you stupid smart person!

Lol--not me ---if I was on Grindr I'd seek them out---but anyway ---as you said---a lot of this is cultural.
