Answer 1: I don't think I do it as much as it's presumed. It's a random occurrence when it happens, not mandatory, and I've noticed members complaining without searching for a response first and seeing if any/a few have been posted. It's been proven by their complaint being posted on a thread I've responded to one or several times in my opinion.
Answer 2: I don't have friends offline, and use the internet as an escape and way of communicating with others. Many members on here seem insightful enough on a vast range of topics, or are willing to scour the internet to modestly inform themselves before contributing to a dialogue.
