Question: I read in an article that the #1 purveyor of gay porn is straight women. Do you agree?

not in my experience. I know a few straight women who work in the industry but it's mostly gay men making/selling it.

How about watch it? Do straight women enjoy gay porn?

oh for sure.

gay porn has hot men (straight porn usually doesn't) and women like the studios that do those "romance" gay porn movies with a lot of romance-y dialogue. I know I have a few female fans, but Titan tends to appeal more to gay men than women, from what I understand.

Couple of easy ones today, Jason (*8*)

1) There are a few porn models/stars that have been around for 10 years or more (Brent Everett being one) who started as 18/19 year olds, who are still active in the business, both in front of the camera as well as behind it. Are there any models/stars active today that are in their late 30's or early 40's who got into the business during the late 80's or early 90's? And what do you contribute to their success?

2) Are there any models/start who started in the business behind the cameras but then moved in front of the camera and made a name for themselves?

Hay Jasun...... I've seen, on YouTube, your karaoke / lip syncing car trips... My question is how long do those take to make? It looks like you probably film same song about five or six different times in order to blend it together the way you do... They are really fun by the way...

I guess my questions are ones that you probably get a lot. First one is, how hhard is it to get into pornography, especially gay porn? The second question is, what is a good size cock to have in gay porn and is there something pornstars do to make there dicks either look or get bigger?

Yes, my wife LOVES those romantic gay porns. Thank you!

Off the top of my head, I can think of Dean Monroe who's been around since the 90s. He's stayed because he's always managed to keep it a business and not a life... he's stayed healthy and away from drugs. There are a few others, but he's the best example.

Jake Cruise for sure.

I mean... I guess technically me. I was just a video editor and worked in Marketing for years... then became a director... and then starred in a few scenes (which were all pretty successful) before going back to just being a director.

Depends on how prepared we are. That first one with Dirk Caber and Scott Hunter where we did the Kylie song... that was a 13-hour drive. We had to spend a few hours learning the song (with different levels of success) and then I think we went through it like... 6 times over a couple of hours.

For your Entertainment with Aleks Buldoczek and Tony Orion we chose the song long before and did it i think 4 times.

Let's Have a Kiki.. that was a VERY long drive in bad wish hour traffic for 110 miles... Hell. That was maybe 3 times doing that song. Pretty funny.

Then they take maybe 4-5 hours to edit well.

glad you like them, I love doing those.

I'd never be able to do "Romance" ones. I've done a few lovey-dovey ones. But never a full romance one.

I'm more the Police movies or mechanics or sports men.

My biggest hits have been Dick Danger (the comic book-inspired gangster one), Bad Cop, Blue Collar Ballers and my new one Break A Sweat has sold rather shockingly well. I've been on a roll for a few months, now.

Are you aware of or a fan of the work of Bruce Bellas AKA Bruce Of Los Angeles?

Jason - a number of porn models have an active presence on social media, with accounts on twitter, facebook, tumbler and so forth. Many others have no presence at all. Is the decision to interact with fans made by the models themselves or do studios set up these accounts for them?

Also, a number of models have breached the "wall" that separates their porn persona from their real life, going so far as to reveal their real names. Turk Mason, Brent Everett and Brent Corrigan come to mind. Is there any rhyme or reason that models reveal their real life names and activities, other than someone "outing" them and they are doing damage control?

we at Titanmen leave it to the models. Some of them use porn and their social media to promote other work. Some are escorts, some of them just like to do public appearances and shows. Some do it for the fun of it, some do it to promote their websites where they'll make some money. Some studios set up social media and even run them for the models, others encourage the guys to stay away from social media at all.

It's a pretty personal thing. I chose to not go with a porn name because I was at a place where I was finally learning to like myself... and I didn't want to hide. Porn gave me some personal pride in being gay (I know how silly that sounds now but 15 years ago it totally made sense). Some guys like Dallas Steele had a pretty obvious public life before and he just accepted that people would know who he was. Some guys just don't care...

Jasun, what do you think of my totally lame gay porn joke?

"I heard that Jesse Jackman's performance in bed is off the HOOK."

;)

he's heard that one many many times.

Like word for word? XD

What do you think of this one? "Have you heard of this brand of poppers called Rush? Their slogan should be 'The Spirit of Radio? More like the spirit of BUTTSEX!'"

(Rush is one of my favorite bands, don't think I'm hating)
