How tough is it to get hired editing porn? Are there places jobs are advertised? Somehow I can't picture ads on monster.com :-)

Is the editing done mainly on Final Cut or Avid?

Neat. I went to York.

I mean... there's not much porn shot in LA at all. Our office is in Los Angeles but we shoot in Cochella Valley. Chichi shoots here.. a handful of others.

Most of my favorite porn... Hot House, Raging Stallion, Falcon.. it's all done in SF.

How hard is it to get in? Send a demo reel to the companies... post on industry boards to meet people and make yourself available to do smaller projects like DVD masters and such. That's how I got the job with Fratmen.
