He blames both the lack of a father figure in his life and the fact the justice system is so soft
He probably has a point. A lack of consequences leads to anarchy
 
He can blame whoever he wants.

I doubt if it was the justice system or the lack of a father that makes him a reckless and dangerous sociopath...which is really all he is.

And jail won't cure him either.

He will continue to exploit and hurt people his whole life...and if the world is lucky, he will run up against someone who will make it a short one.
