There are so many new guys at the gym that I thought I'd narrow down this blog entry to one theme: Straight guys who workout with their buddies then shower together afterwards in the locker room. I chose this subject because there are 3 sets of buddies who have become morning regulars at my gym and I want to tell you about their locker room habits.

So in a little under a month, these guys went from both being covered up to being completely naked the entire time they are in the locker room.
