Well, it doesn't make me ashamed of being Gay, however it does make me disappointed, because attitudes like that are doing nothing to improve our image in the eyes of the world. It just further adds to the negative stereotypes people have about Gay people.

BTW, you get call-backs and receive opportunities because it sounds like you can act normal, unlike that clown.

I'm out to my Immediate family and close friends, and that is all that needs to know. If someone else wants to ask me about it, I'll be honest.

However, I just don't have this ridiculous need to go around flaunting my sexuality in public. Do straight people go around flaunting their sexuality in public, announcing to everyone they see that "I'm straight"?

If someone asks, I'll be honest. However, it is not in my nature to be an effeminate Queen. It just isn't me. I am who I am. Others obviously have this need to do what they do, however, for attention.
