To do that you click on your username at the top right then click on account details then scroll down where it says custom title

Thanks for this. I followed your instructions but "custom title" is not an option that appears for me under account details. It's not "signature" or "Additional Comments" where I would add this extra text?

The titles are standardized and they are tied to your post count.
