I offered to help douseiai, put this thing together, since I organized the Dallas JUB Meet in March 2006.
So far this is what I've got that we're already planning on doing.
The meet itself is to take place the first weekend in February, which my calendar says will be Saturday, February 3rd.
It's been a couple of years since I've been to Austin, so I know that we're going to have some fun!
Most everything "Gay" is located on 4th Street, just a few blocks south of the Capital Building.
Including the Restaruant/Bar/Lounge that GL247 pointed out:
219 West
Which is at the corner of 4th Street and Lavaca, which is West of Congress Avenue which runs north and south.
They have a "Happy Hour" that starts as 6:00pm Saturday night and lasts until 9:00pm.
Here's one of the Review of 219 West here:
It looks pretty affordable, but I suspect they kill you with the drink prices!
I figure if we can get a head count we could make reservations.
In addition, if everyone will let me know no later than January 28th how many definate people will be attending, I may be able to get us all Just Us Boys t-shirts.
I'll double check with Admin to be sure that there offer is still valid.
Of course I'll need t-shirt sizes too, and ya'll can PM me with that information.
219 West is located within walking distance of Oilcan Harry's, which is touted as Austin's "Best gay bar for 15 years." I checked and it is "18 and up!"
So without objection, the first Austin JUB Meet will be on Saturday February 3, 2007 at 219 West beginning at 6:00pm.
What we need now is for everyone to begin RSVPing for this event, so that we can get a head count for reservations, and Just Us Boys T-Shirts!
I'll double check with Seth just to make sure JUB will provide us with some shirts, and find out the latest that he'll need in regard to a head count.

Well don't y'all fret if you think that it's going to be a small event.
When I hosted the JUB in Dallas last year, we had about another 5 or 6 members who showed up because they knew where we were going to be.
Hopefully we'll have a pretty good turn out. I'm happy to be able to meet everyone who has "rsvp'd" to the Austin meet!
