Average Penis Size Worldwide...

Actually, I cannot see a reason why white person in question wouldn't prefer the neighbourhood which has the better socioeconomic reputation — irrespective of whether the neighbourhood is 5% POC, or 40 % POC.

...so far as I know, that's called racism. When they want to gentrify something, they move in the poor white people, then they switch it to generic working/middle class (which tends to be more white people than not), and then they up it to rich white people, if at all possible.

gentrification takes place in Alpha Cities, and some Beta Cities; but in medieval towns? scarcely.

Oddly enough, no. There's a difference between identifying as Irish American and identifying as American with an Irish ancestry.

yes, and nearly all these verbal self-IDs are completely worthless, apart the person in question is able to provide actual archival confirmation.

@xbuzzersx,
"Let's say someone is a prejudiced snob in America. Their choice is between a neighborhood that is 95% white and a neighborhood that is 60% white. Do you think that person is going to stop and check how many people in the 95% white neighborhood are members of the Mayflower Society first? If the choice was between two 95% white neighborhoods, they just might."

You replied to that, yes? I don't see it limited to towns. But if you'd like to discuss towns, why not? 'Foreigners' tend to avoid small towns for very good reason. That would also be due to racism. Hard to have diversity and a mix of ethnicities when your town has about the same ethnic makeup it's had for the last several hundred years, when those lovely Mayflower pricks set foot there.

*And I feel perfectly entitled to calling them pricks, as I've lived in several of those small towns over the years, complete with historical signs and, aha, one of them had the harmonious view of at least 3 churches from the upstairs bedroom windows.

Hmmmmm. No. While people are anxious to do background checks, there's many ways to do them. You need to get past the first several rounds of questioning first, not counting slang, visual cues, accent and mannerisms. Quit a bit has to happen before someone runs a background check. The check is the last step, not the first. Unless, of course, you met them online.

*Hell, I had the background, slang, visual cues and mannerisms and I still wasn't welcome. Put up with, yes, for a given definition, but welcome? No. One of the reasons I moved.

I did reply to that, but I wrote a preamble (vide supra).
In fact, my quaint tiny medieval town has the aforementioned racial diversity, the «foreigners» do not avoid it. True, mostly thanks to the fact that we have an academic facility, founded some 800 years ago.

And there you go. So why are you arguing a point when the sample size of towns that have such facilities are...miniscule? Small towns generally don't host academic facilities. Using the outliers and going "But but but..." doesn't make sense.

Me arguing? No, quite the contrary, and now back to your previous statement — please be so kind to give me let's say 5 examples of gentrification taking place in European medieval towns, regardless whether they host academic facilities or not.

Don't need five. To get fice, you have to get past the first. The first step to gentrification is not running them out of town by ostracization; refusing labor, refusing housing, taunting, physical assault and in quite a few cases, murder. I suggest you do some research on quaint little towns in general, not merely the one you're living in.

O.K, thank you for telling us the abstract mechanism, but where are the concrete examples? Names of towns matching the criteria………

There is nothing to agree or disagree on. Average penis sizes are a matter of fact, precise measurement, sample size, etc.
